Introduction to Ziasiot PTES Melt Pressure Transducer

After more than two years of research, the company launched a mercury-free eco-friendly high-temperature melt pressure transducer with national invention patent, which has passed RoHS and CE certifications.
The PTES series melt pressure transducer (mV/V, mA, or V) – SIL2-certified-rigid stem+flex+temperature J/ E/ K/PT100 plug optional offers a melt pressure measurement range from 0 to 20000 psi with accuracy up to 0.25% and a process temperature up to 400℃, and is perfect for harsh and rugged working conditions in plastic processing. It adopts mercury-free alloy filling, which is non-toxic, non-flammable and environmentally safe. At the same time, it can be used as an equivalent replacement for Gefran and Dynisco, supporting direct installation without modifying the equipment or wiring.
