Introduction 

Capacitive level transmitters for liquids and solids can be used in liquids, pastes, syrups, powders, granules, flakes and chips. Its broad application and rugged build make it highly versatile across all industries. Capacitance switches rely on electrical capacitance theory (the ability of a medium to store electrical energy). When an electrical circuit has two separate conductive plates, the space between the plates acts as a capacitor and stores the electrical energy.

Features

  1. Strong applicability: applied to various occasions, fly ash, particles, powder, liquid, viscous, conductive, and non-conductive materials.
  2. Anti-adhesion circuit: the anti-adhesion circuit can eliminate the adhesion of materials and generate false signals.
  3. The probe can be folded: the probe and controller can be separated, there is no cable connection, and installation and removal do not affect incoming and outgoing materials.
  4. Probe high and low temperature resistance: the probe is suitable for the working environment of -184°C to 260°C and also provides a ceramic high-temperature probe.
  5. Large output capacity: relay contact output with a capacity of 10A and 110 VAC is used, and the status light shows working status, and there is a 0 to 30 second delay.
  6. SMD technology: makes the circuit line more resistant to vibration; circuit parameters are more stable and reliable.
  7. Wave pressure technology: improve use pressure of the probe and prolong service life.

Applications

For the detection of gravel, material, coal and other materials in the chute, where other probes are easy to break or bend in material flow occasions, this probe is particularly ideal, and is often used for chute blockage detection, such as in the Santongfan power plant coal pipe for coal jam detection
